Our programmes are approved by Malaysian Marine Department in which all programmes are following International Maritime Organization (IMO) module courses standard. With most of our trainers already gone through and working onboard ship as marine engineer and navigator officer and holding approved certificated and qualifications for all courses offered. RSTC now is conducting four courses known as Certificate of Competency, Certificate of Proficiency, International Maritime Dangerous Goods & Train of Trainer (TOT).
